Includes a full video assessment, an explanation of what is wrong, and a written exercise plan sent to you afterwards.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank transfer.

Clinic visit

Fees for clinic appointments depend on what treatment is needed, so they are given on WhatsApp rather than published as a single figure that would be wrong for most people.

Send a message describing the problem and you will be told the fee before you book.

Home visit

Home visit fees depend on the address and the treatment needed. Ask on WhatsApp and you will be given the figure in advance.

How many sessions

Some problems settle in two or three sessions. Frozen shoulder, nerve problems and rehabilitation after surgery take longer, and the honest answer there is weeks.

You will be told what to expect at the first appointment, and told if that changes.

What happens before a fee is agreed?

Start by telling the clinic what is bothering you, how long it has been happening and whether you would prefer a clinic appointment, an online consultation or a home visit. Mention any recent injury, operation or advice from another clinician. This helps the clinic understand which appointment you are asking about. A message alone does not replace an assessment.

At a first assessment, Dr. Zahra discusses your symptoms, everyday activities and what you want help with. The examination depends on the concern and the appointment format. You can ask what the proposed plan involves before deciding whether to proceed. If another type of assessment is needed, that should be discussed rather than assuming every problem needs physiotherapy.

How long should I allow?

Please confirm how much time to allow when arranging your visit or video appointment. Tell the clinic if you need help travelling, have limited availability or are booking for someone who needs a caregiver present. Opening hours are 10 AM to 8 PM every day; your individual appointment time is agreed separately.

Why does the fee depend on the appointment?

An online discussion, a clinic assessment and travelling to a patient’s home involve different arrangements. The concern being assessed and any proposed follow-up also matter. A single published figure could give the wrong expectation, so fees are confirmed directly before booking. Ask whether the quoted amount covers the first assessment, a follow-up or another agreed service, and ask again if the plan changes.

You do not need to choose a course of sessions from a website. Ask what the first appointment includes, what can be decided at that appointment and how any further visits will be agreed. No number of sessions or recovery result is guaranteed here.

Payment and the next step

The clinic accepts Cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Bank transfer. Confirm which method to use for your appointment and obtain the current payment instructions directly from the clinic. No bank or wallet account details are published on this page.

Contact the clinic to ask about the fee, the appointment length and the available time. For a home visit, include your area so availability can be checked. For an online consultation, say that you would like a video appointment. The agreed fee should be clear before you commit.
