What you get
A full assessment by video. You will be asked about the problem and asked to perform some movements on camera so she can see what is happening.
An explanation of what is going on and what should be done about it.
A written exercise programme sent to you afterwards, so you are not trying to remember what was said.
A follow-up if you need one.
What online suits
Assessment and diagnosis. Exercise programmes. Posture problems. Back and neck pain that does not need hands-on work. Pregnancy and postnatal care. Reviewing progress on a programme you are already doing.
Second opinions, if you have been told you need surgery and want to understand whether physiotherapy is an option first.
What online does not suit
Anything that needs hands-on treatment to make progress: a genuinely frozen shoulder, manual therapy, dry needling, hijama, electrotherapy, ultrasound or TENS.
If your problem needs hands-on work, you will be told that in the session rather than sold a course of video appointments.
The fee and how to pay
Confirm the consultation fee on WhatsApp before booking.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank transfer.
How to book
Send a message on WhatsApp with your name, your city and a line about the problem. You will be offered a time between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, any day of the week including Saturday and Sunday.
What is an online physiotherapy consultation?
An online consultation is a video appointment with Dr. Zahra Fatima. You discuss the concern and, where appropriate, show how it affects movement. The appointment can provide an explanation and a written plan, but it cannot reproduce a hands-on examination or provide a physical treatment technique through a screen.
Online appointments are available across Pakistan using WhatsApp video, Zoom or Google Meet. English and Urdu are available. The right format depends on the person and the problem; a video call is not automatically an alternative to every clinic visit.
Prepare for the video call
Use a device with a working camera and microphone and a reasonably reliable internet connection. Find a private, well-lit place where you can speak comfortably. Tell the clinic if you need a family member to help with the device or to support you during the discussion. Do not attempt a movement you feel unsafe doing just to show it on camera.
Have the information you want to discuss nearby, including relevant instructions from a doctor or surgeon. You can ask the clinic beforehand how to share any report that is genuinely needed. The booking form opens a WhatsApp draft. Reports are not sent through this form.
What if video is not enough?
If the problem cannot be assessed adequately online, the next step may be an in-person examination or medical assessment. A written plan should reflect what was actually discussed, including the limits of the remote appointment. You can ask what to do if the situation changes and whether follow-up should be online or in person.
The website’s condition and exercise guides help you understand a topic. They do not mean that every exercise or treatment on a page is suitable for you. An individual recommendation depends on your history and assessment.
Before you book
Confirm the fee, appointment time, expected length and video platform on WhatsApp. Please ask how much time to allow for the video appointment. Ask how payment should be made and what the agreed fee includes. Cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Bank transfer are the clinic’s listed payment methods; the appropriate method for your appointment should be agreed directly.
See fees and payment or read what happens in an online session. If you need to attend in person, there is one physical clinic, in Khanpur.
